Joshua Leder serves as Director of Operations for the Texas facilities under Quadrant Health Group, where he oversees daily operations and supports the continued growth and development of the organization’s behavioral health programs across the state.

Originally born in Colorado and raised primarily in Texas, Joshua brings both personal passion and professional dedication to his role. As a proud father of two children, he values family, purpose, and creating a positive impact in the lives of others.
